As far as Sid Rosenberg, he is a fantastic litigator. He handles our cases when the tenant files bankruptcy and has handled a lot of other HEAVILY LITIGATED matters locally for us in Sacramento when we obviously cannot be effective on specific cases being that we are in Los Angeles.
